Despite everything, this is one of my favourite fights in the genre. Whether I’d ripped off my headset in disgust after clipping through a rock and eating a face full of a monster’s super-charged rage attack – ending a 25+ minute hunt in the most unceremonious way possible – or just had the most exhilarating encounter with some ancient God-bird that was threatening my hometown, there’s little consistency to the Wild Hearts experience. Yet, the next day, I’d come back genuinely excited to play more. The Karakuri gadgets players have access to are split into two categories: Basic Karakuris and Fusion Karakuris.Every single time I started to like Wild Hearts, the game almost instantly did something to make me put my controller down in frustration and walk away. We actually wrote an article about the various Karakuri gadgets you have access to. This equipment offers a variety of uses to the player. Other than the weapons, the player also has access to what appears to be clockwork-like equipment. Of course, some weapons may be better for hunting down specific monsters, but that is for the player to discover. Each of these weapons has strengths and weaknesses, so players should choose based on their play style. This includes weapons such as the Karakuri Katanas, Nodachis, Bows, Bladed Wagasas, Canons, Clawblades, Karakuri Staffs, and Mauls. For starters, players have access to a variety of weapons. Players are tasked with tracking down these monsters and hunting them down. The game's main draw is the large monsters that roam the land, called Kemonos. Players take control of a character and explore a wide-open map. Similar to games like Monster Hunter, Wild Hearts is a third-person action role-playing game. Those with a regular EA Play subscription have access to a ten-hour demo instead.
Players subscribed to EA Play Pro, as well as those with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, will be able to play the game early starting today. It will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
